Set limits on money and time
Before playing, set a fixed budget that you do not need for rent, bills or other essential expenses. Do not try to recover losses by increasing your bets. Borrowed money should never be used for gambling.
Deposit limits and playing-time reminders are available in your account. Taking regular breaks helps you keep track of how long you have been playing.
Time-outs and self-exclusion
You can request a time-out or self-exclusion by emailing [email protected]. Send the request from the email address registered to your account. The account will be closed as soon as possible. Until then, access is not automatically blocked.
You must not bypass a restriction by opening a new account or using someone else's. Any other accounts you already hold must be reported to support.
Recognise the warning signs
If gambling begins to take priority over work, relationships or other interests, it may be time to seek support. Other warning signs include hiding how much you bet, borrowing money to gamble and feeling compelled to win back losses immediately.
You can seek advice even if you are unsure whether your gambling has become a problem. Support is also available for family members and others affected.
