Our finance team processes requests Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 17:00 GMT. We process your request within three working days, provided all conditions are met and the necessary checks have been completed. If you make several requests, the processing period may begin from the most recently paid withdrawal. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as working days.
Once we've sent the funds, the time they take to reach you depends on your payment method. A bank transfer may take another three to five working days. E-wallet payments may arrive shortly after being sent. This is not a guarantee of an instant payout.
We may withhold your withdrawal while a required account check is pending. The three-working-day processing period applies only after the necessary checks are completed. Missing documents or additional security checks can extend the processing time.
Where possible, we pay out using the method you used to deposit. Available withdrawal methods may differ from deposit methods. Choose a suitable method in the withdrawal section of your cashier.
We won't make withdrawals to someone else's account. Your bank account or payment provider account must be registered under the same name as your Crazy Tower account. We may request proof that you own the receiving account.
Not every deposit method supports withdrawals. If your previous method is unavailable, select another offered withdrawal method. Our support team can help if you can't find a suitable option. A bank transfer may also be possible.
We offer withdrawals to cards, by bank transfer, through Revolut and Skrill, and in cryptocurrencies. Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the method and currency. The figures apply per request; your daily and monthly limits also apply.

Use the amounts for the currency of your request. Even if a method supports a higher amount, you must stay within your personal daily and monthly limits.
For account verification, we may ask for proof of identity, proof of address and documents relating to your payment method. These may include identification documents, bank or card statements and evidence of the source of your deposited funds.
Submit the documents within 30 days of our request. Until we receive all the necessary information, we may withhold your withdrawal or restrict your account. We may close your account if you don't provide the requested documents by the deadline.
Once we've received all requested documents and information, we normally review them within ten days. Complex cases may require further checks and additional time. This timeframe is not a guaranteed withdrawal date.
Your account details must be accurate and up to date. Our team can tell you which documents are required for your verification. Never send your password or card security code.

Limits may vary based on your place of residence and current VIP level. Minimum and maximum amounts per transaction may also apply to your selected method. You may have no more than three pending withdrawal requests at a time.
Before withdrawing, you must wager your deposit at least once. If you've staked less than the amount deposited, we may void winnings and deduct a fee of 10% of your most recent deposit, with a minimum of EUR 0.50. For deposits made by bank card or bank transfer, the fee is 15%.
In addition to wagering your deposit once, you must have staked at least EUR 20 in the calendar month of your withdrawal request. If this monthly wagering minimum isn't met, we may decline the request.
Each bonus has additional wagering requirements, deadlines and maximum bets. For the casino welcome bonus, the combined deposit and bonus must be wagered 35 times and free spins winnings 40 times. We cannot release a withdrawal until the wagering requirements have been met.
Cancelling a bonus may cause you to forfeit bonus funds and related winnings. The terms of our welcome bonus also apply when cancelling a bonus or making a withdrawal.
Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees. Currency conversion charges may apply if different currencies are involved. The fee for an unwagered deposit is separate and does not automatically apply to every withdrawal.
Your request may still be processing or awaiting completion of account verification. If all checks are complete and the processing period has passed, tell our support team the amount, payment method and time of your request. If we've requested documents, we need them in full before the review can continue.
Incorrect payment details, maintenance or changes at a payment provider can lead to cancellation. Pending checks, unmet wagering requirements or exceeding a limit may also prevent a withdrawal.
If a withdrawal is cancelled, our finance team will email you the reason. The message may be in your spam folder. If you haven't received it or the reason is unclear, contact [email protected].
Once sent, the payment is handled by your payment provider. A bank transfer may take another three to five working days to be credited. If it takes longer, give our support team the method, amount and time the funds were sent so we can investigate with you.
You can cancel a withdrawal in the cashier while it is still pending. Find the cancellation option in the withdrawal section or, if available, your account history. Once a withdrawal has been processed, you can no longer cancel it there. Our support team can help if you cannot cancel a pending request.

Yes. As long as your request is pending, you can cancel it in the cashier. A withdrawal that has already been processed cannot be cancelled there.
