How to activate your bonus
Select the welcome package
When registering, select our casino welcome package. You can also register without a welcome bonus. You don't need a bonus code for the standard package.
Deposit at least CHF 30
Make your deposit through the cashier in your account. Deposits made using Skrill or Neteller are excluded from this welcome package.
Activate before you play
Activate the bonus in the bonus section of your account before playing with your deposit. You have 10 days from activation to meet the wagering requirements. If the bonus isn't credited, contact our team at [email protected].
Bonus codes and promo codes
You can select our standard welcome package without a code. If you have a promotional code, choose the promo code option during registration instead and enter your code.
Promo codes are tied to specific offers. Bonus amounts, minimum deposits, wagering requirements and validity periods may differ from the standard welcome package. You cannot combine a promo code offer with an already active bonus.
Code not accepted? Contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Tell us the code and corresponding offer so we can help with activation.
No deposit bonus
A no deposit bonus is not included in our standard welcome package. Each of the four stages requires a real-money deposit of at least CHF 30. The first-stage 100 free spins and Wheel of Fortune spin are also tied to your first deposit.
The package's free spins are therefore not a no deposit bonus. A promo code does not replace the required deposit for this package either. You can try many of our slots in demo mode without staking money. Demo play uses virtual credits, and winnings cannot be withdrawn.
Your free spins
You receive 100 free spins on the first deposit, 50 on the second, 100 on the third and 150 on the fourth. Free spins apply to the slots included in each promotion and cannot simply be transferred to other games.
Winnings from these free spins are subject to 40× wagering. After completing it, you can transfer no more than CHF 60 to your real-money balance from a package of up to 50 free spins. For more than 50 free spins, the limit is CHF 110. The CHF 110 limit therefore applies to the 100 free spins from your first deposit. Any winnings above the limit are forfeited.
Wagering requirements, validity and limits
35× deposit and bonus
The wagering requirement is 35 times the combined amount of your deposit and bonus. With a CHF 30 deposit and CHF 30 bonus, that means CHF 2’100 in qualifying bets. Different games contribute differently towards the wagering requirement.
10 days from activation
You have 10 days from bonus activation to meet the wagering requirements. If you haven't met them by the deadline, the bonus and any winnings from it expire. Free spins winnings are subject to 40× wagering.
Maximum CHF 110 per bet
While a casino bonus is active, your maximum bet is CHF 110. Bonus balances also have a conversion cap equal to ten times the original bonus amount. The separate CHF 60 or CHF 110 limits apply to free spins winnings.
One active bonus
You cannot use two bonuses at the same time. If you activate another bonus or additional free spins while a bonus is active, the previous bonus and any associated winnings will be removed. A withdrawal request can also cancel your entitlement to the bonus.
Our general bonus terms also apply.
If your bonus isn't available
The welcome package is for new players and their first four deposits. Deposits below CHF 30 and payments made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify. If you've already played with the deposited money, you can no longer activate the related bonus. An existing active bonus cannot be combined with another promotion.
Deposited but still haven't received the bonus? Our support team can help via live chat or email [email protected]. Tell us which deposit and promotion are affected. You don't need to deposit again to get help.
You can cancel an active bonus in your profile or through our support team. This forfeits the entire balance in your casino bonus account, including any winnings held there.
Beyond the welcome package
We offer weekly reload bonuses, weekend promotions and cashback for existing players. There are also challenges and rewards you can redeem in our shop using collected coins.
Our weekly reload gives you 60 free spins on your first deposit of the week of at least CHF 22. The promotion runs from Monday to Thursday in UTC; you need to opt in again each week. Use the free spins within 7 days. Their winnings are subject to 40× wagering, a 10-day deadline from bonus activation and a CHF 110 conversion cap.
The 60 reload free spins are a different promotion from the 100 free spins on your first deposit. The reload also requires a deposit. Weekend promotions and cashback have their own terms; only one bonus can be active at a time.
Bonus FAQs
Do I need a Crazy Tower Casino bonus code?
No code is needed for our standard welcome package. Select it during registration. There's a separate promo code option for promotional codes.
Will I get 400 free spins on my first deposit?
No. Your first deposit comes with 100 free spins. The remaining 300 are spread across the second, third and fourth deposits: 50, 100 and 150 free spins.
What's the difference between 60 and 100 free spins?
The 100 free spins are part of the welcome package on a first deposit of at least CHF 30. The 60 free spins are part of the weekly reload on your first deposit of the week of at least CHF 22, from Monday to Thursday in UTC. You must opt in to the reload again each week. You can't use both offers at the same time.
Can I get the welcome package without a deposit?
No. Every stage requires a deposit of at least CHF 30. The free spins for each stage are also linked to those deposits.
What does 35× wagering mean?
Your qualifying bets must total 35 times the combined deposit and bonus amount. A CHF 30 deposit plus a CHF 30 bonus creates a wagering requirement of CHF 2’100. Free spins winnings are subject to 40× wagering instead.
How long do I have to meet the wagering requirements?
You have 10 days from bonus activation. If you don't complete the wagering requirements in time, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited.
Can I cancel a bonus?
Yes, through your profile or our support team. The entire balance in your casino bonus account will be forfeited. Cancelling a bonus does not convert bonus funds into withdrawable real money.
Why didn't I receive a bonus on my deposit?
The welcome package requires a deposit of at least CHF 30. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded. Activate your bonus before playing with the deposited funds. You also cannot have another bonus active at the same time.
